Very pretty fringed earrings made of silver filigree from the 1940's.  They are most likely Turkish though I've seen very similar styles on Mexican jewelry from Oaxaca.  The earrings have pointed tassels.  The earrings are fan shaped and decorated with small filigree florets.  The clip on mechanisms work well, but one looks different from the other.  They are unmarked but test positive for silver.
